Public Offer

This document is a public offer from the individual who administers the SPLYCE project (apb.splyce.link), addressed to an unlimited group of persons. The project administrator is a private individual, not registered as a sole proprietor or self-employed entity.

1. General provisions

1.1. The SPLYCE project is distributed on a voluntary donation basis to support its development and upkeep.

1.2. By making a payment through the Lava payment service, the user confirms that the funds are provided as a voluntary donation, not as a purchase of goods within the meaning of consumer-protection law.

1.3. In exchange for the donation, the administrator grants the user access to the SPLYCE software for the period corresponding to the chosen plan.

2. Plans and access

2.1. Available plans and their price are listed on apb.splyce.link under "Pricing".

2.2. Access is granted automatically once Lava confirms the payment.

2.3. The administrator may change plan prices without prior notice; access already paid for is unaffected.

3. Refunds

3.1. Because the payment is a voluntary donation rather than a sale of goods, refunds are not issued as a general rule.

3.2. In case of a technical error — access not granted after a successful payment — the administrator will resolve it individually: by granting access or refunding the payment.

4. Liability

4.1. The software is provided "as is". The administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for consequences of using the software in-game, including a possible ban of the user's game account by the game's administration.

4.2. The user uses the software at their own risk and confirms they are familiar with the rules of APB Reloaded.

5. Other terms

5.1. This offer may be changed at any time; the current version is always available on this page.

5.2. Continued use of the site and service after changes means acceptance of the new version.
