1. By using apb.splyce.link and the SPLYCE software, you agree to these terms.

2. Access to the software is granted for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, transferring access to third parties, and redistribution of the software are prohibited.

3. Using the software in a game may violate that game's rules and result in an account ban — this is the user's risk, and the project administrator is not liable for it.

4. Users must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian.

5. The administrator may restrict or terminate access for violating these terms or signs of fraudulent use.
